By accessing and using the Dev Crew platform — whether as an Admin, Instructor, or Learner — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use this service. These terms apply to all users across all roles and access levels within the platform.

Dev Crew is a multi-role eLearning and Content Management System (CMS) that enables organizations to create, manage, and deliver educational content. The platform supports course creation, video and asset management, live classes, quiz authoring and scoring, assignment management (Kanban and list views), learner progress tracking, in-platform chat, course feedback, manual course purchases, and user management with role-based access for Admins, Instructors, and Users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time.

Dev Crew operates a three-tier role system. Admins have full platform access including user creation, role assignment, tenant configuration, and course oversight. Instructors can create and manage categories, courses, video content, assets, live classes, quizzes, and assignments, and may also manage learner enrollments. Instructors can create and edit their own courses, upload content, manage quizzes and assignments, and interact with enrolled learners via chat and feedback tools. Each user is responsible for all actions performed under their assigned role and must not attempt to access features or data beyond their permission level.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account are your sole responsibility. You must notify your platform administrator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or security breach. Accounts are non-transferable. Admins are responsible for ensuring that user accounts they create or manage are assigned appropriate roles and that access is revoked promptly when a user's role changes or their relationship with the organization ends.

Admins and Instructors retain ownership of original educational content they create, including courses, videos, assets, quizzes, and assignments uploaded to Dev Crew. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Dev Crew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transcode, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains unlicensed materials, or violates applicable law. Dev Crew's own platform design, branding, CMS infrastructure, and proprietary tooling remain the exclusive property of the platform operator.

Learners enrolled in courses on Dev Crew agree to engage with all course material, quizzes, and assignments honestly and in good faith. Sharing quiz answers, submitting work that is not your own, or attempting to manipulate scores or progress tracking is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the in-platform chat, submission of false feedback, or any behavior that disrupts the learning environment for others may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. Learners may not redistribute, record, or share course content outside the platform without the explicit written permission of the content owner.

Dev Crew supports manual course purchases processed by platform Admins on behalf of learners. Where applicable, fees for course access are as specified at the time of purchase. All transactions are final unless a refund is explicitly authorized by a platform Admin in accordance with the organization's refund policy. Dev Crew is not responsible for disputes arising from purchases made outside the platform's built-in purchase management system. Pricing for courses may be updated by authorized users at any time, with changes applying only to future purchases.

Dev Crew provides in-platform chat and course feedback tools to facilitate communication between learners and instructors. All communications through these tools must be respectful, relevant, and lawful. You must not use chat or feedback features to harass, spam, or distribute unauthorized promotional content. Dev Crew reserves the right to monitor communications for policy compliance and to remove content that violates these terms. Course feedback submitted by learners must be honest and constructive; fabricated or malicious reviews may be removed and may result in account suspension.

Dev Crew Admins may suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, misuse of platform features, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, the user's access to all courses, content, chat history, and platform features will cease immediately. Content created by a terminated Instructor account may remain on the platform at the Admin's discretion to preserve learner continuity. Users who believe their account was suspended in error may appeal by contacting the platform administrator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Crew and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of course progress data, quiz scores, assignment submissions, video content, or access to live classes due to technical issues, service interruptions, or account actions. Dev Crew does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live classes, video streaming, or any real-time features. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in cases involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to platform systems.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the platform's features, legal requirements, or operational policies. Significant changes will be communicated via the Dev Crew notification system or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Admins are responsible for ensuring their instructors and learners are informed of any term changes that affect their use of the platform.
